How to get started
Just pick up the phone and call. You will be
directed to an EAP counselor. Counselors are licensed
professionals who will help you develop a workable plan for
a solution. EAP staff can meet with you up to six times to
help you assess problems. If the counselor
believes you need specialized or longer-term counseling, you
may be referred to another qualified professional. Your
counselor will look for the most appropriate and affordable
options available for you.
The employee is under no obligation to the EAP to follow through with any recommendations.
Confidentiality
Participation in the program is confidential. No one will
know you've accessed the program services without your prior
written consent.
